We will be doing our annual "5k Turkey Trot handicap" race on Monday 18th December as part of the track session at LSV.
Same rules as alway apply ..
1) Free to enter but Each runner MUST bring a prize
2) First runner back gets 1st pick of the prizes, 2nd 2nd pick etc etc
3) Fancy dress or at least a Xmas hat or jumper is required
4) Mulled wine, cakes or any kind of Xmas Cheer very welcome
5) Your handicap will be blogged a few days before the event.
